The pop-up provided by Popupmoney.com must be the only pop-up at that webpage. The exception to this rule are free hosts and redirecting services that open a small advertising console (Yahoo, Tripod, Come.to etc.), here we allow two pop-ups (including the pop-up of the free host or redirecting service). Exit pop-ups are also not allowed.

Only one account is allowed per website. When webmasters have multiple websites they can only use the same account if these websites have the same kind of content. If webmasters own multiple sites with different content, then they should create two (or more) accounts.

Our pay periods run from the 1st to the end of month. Checks are mailed according to the payment schedule which you can find at our website. Minimum earnings to receive a check is US $50.00 (webmasters can raise the minimum pay-out at our website). If you do not earn US $50.00 in any single pay period your earnings will "roll-over" to subsequent periods until you accumulate US $50.00. There is a $2.50 fee for shipping and handling each payment. Referring yourself is not allowed.

It is against the rules to artificially generate pop-ups in any way. Each page that contains a Popupmoney.com pop-up must be part of a regularly viewed webpage that is regularly accessed by a surfer during that surfer's visit to your website(s). Any artifical means of generating pop-ups including, but not limited to, hitbots, multiple loading scripts, zero frames, IRC cheats or any other similar activity will result in forfeiture of all monies owed.

We don't take traffic from any web pages that are password protected.

Popupmoney.com reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than a month. We will notify you 7 days in advance of cancellation. When an account is cancelled all money owned will be lost.

You must use the exact code provided by Popupmoney.com.

Accounts, webmasters and traffic from the following nations and regions are not allowed, and will not be paid for: Afghanistan, Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bulgaria, Belarus, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Estonia, Egypt, Croatia, Hungary, Georgia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Jordan, Kaliningrad, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Korea (North and South), Latvia, Libyan Arab, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Moldova, Morocco, Nepal, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Trinidad, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yugoslavia and Zimbabwe.

Only sites using Latin characters are allowed (eg: no Chinese, Japanese etc. characters).

Popupmoney.com reserves the right to terminate the account of any affiliate who publicly posts derogatory and or slanderous statements about Popupmoney.com, its subsidiaries or officers. Popupmoney.com vigorously defends itself against false and slanderous statements.

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any delay or failure in performance under these terms and conditions resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.

Accounts generating a lot of unproductive traffic will not receive payment. Webmasters will be notified in case this happens.

Non compliance with these terms and conditions will result in the forfeiture of all monies owed and the possible prosecution of the violating webmaster.
