I copied and pasted the codes from the pop-up instructions, but it doesn't work. What can I do?
To solve this you have to check if you copied and pasted the HTML-code correct. Some
editors insert breaks or font tags in your code without asking you (eg Frontpage tends to do
this). Open your HTML-page with a simple text editor like Notepad and make sure there are
no extra breaks or tags in your code.
